Aloka Niyogi, the founder of Tapping Potentials Learning Systems (TPLS),which runs under Arogya Wellbeing Trust (ArogyaWT), is a registered not-for-profit organization.

Niyogi a managing trustee of ArogyaWT, is a public service initiative to nurture the human mind. We focus on research and development in the areas of business and life skill enhancement. AWT is committed to enhancing human development leading to empowerment.

All programs run under the aegis of Dr.Niyogi. There are members & honorary volunteers along with researchers who assist her to conduct seminars, panel discussions and various open Programs to ignite the human mind.

Since 2005, from the time of its inception, AWT is poised to achieve this by facilitating change among Individuals, groups and organisations with its life, business and executive coaching programs. It has focused on Emotional Quotient enhancing techniques along with managerial and business skill enhancement programmes, while fulfilling its social responsibilities.
